We never had a silver service cutlery set when we married and so after ten years my ex-wife and I bought this Stainless Steel 124 piece cutlery canteen design and made by Arthur Price. The set has been used on half a dozen occasions. Following my divorce and a need to downsize my home and dinning facilities I felt the time had come to sell this in the hopes that whoever buys it will make use of it and enjoy the absolute splendour of this elegant and substantial cutlery canteen. The set includes cutlery for 12 people: 12 x Table Knives 12 x Dessert Knives 12 x Table Forks 12 x Desert Forks 12 x Desert Spoons 12 x Soup Spoons 12 x Tea Spoons 12 x Serving Spoons 12 x Coffee Spoons 12 x Fish Knives 12 x Fish Forks The set is presented in an Arthur Price wooden cabinet with mahogany finish. There are some stress cracks on the top of the presentation box and a slight mark on the rear of the box. This set is in perfect condition as if new. The price new was £. This set is now 11 years old but is a timeless design. The set comes complete with the original packing check sheet from Arthur Price. The set was purchased from Beales in Worthing. The set is from the Arthur Price Collection in their Dubarry Design. Searching on the Arthur Price web site I can find the following additional information: The Dubarry design originated during the early 19th century.
