Flash does not work, but you won't be using the flash for infrared anyway. Focus is spot on, one or two very minor dust spots, but these are inevitable with any camera conversion. Great little compact camera, really sturdily built, you can feel the quality in your hand. Photos show direct from camera, followed by processed images from Photoshop, in the case of the colour images, I used Khromagery to swap the red and blue colour channels.
