This is an old Canon camcorder, being sold for spares / repair. It hasn't been used for many years, and does not seem to "power on" at all. It is being sold with the detachable lamp, remote control unit (neither of which I can test) and original instruction manual. I have just noticed that the lamp appears to be "on" in one of the photos. It isn't, it's a reflection of the sun! The bag which has been used to keep it in is worn and damaged as can be seen in the photos. However, it would provide useful extra protection in the post, and so is being included.

Canon Xl1 Camcorder (for spares only)

This is a Canon XL1 Professional Camcorder. Consists of Camcorder body, Viewfinder, Stereo Microphone and Standard 16x Optical Lens. The unit is faulty and does not work, I don't know what the problem is but it does not switch on. There is no foam shield on the microphone and there appears to be a small crack on the top of the viewfinder assembly (see photo), However, the lens alone must be worth about £60. What you see in the pictures is what you get, might be useful to someone for spares or for experimentation. Located in Derby.
