The boat comes with a very reliable 75 hp two stroke tilt and trim Mariner engine which is been serviced. I have receipts; the last one was for the replacement of the Stator and switch box which cost £480. I was informed by the marine engineer that these two parts are the only items likely to go wrong on a two-stroke and hence the reason I replaced them both. I have installed a fuel filter which was highly recommended by a marine engineer who said that over 50% of all breakdowns are caused by contaminated fuel. It is a very good sea boat with an excellent freeboard for choppy English waters! On the website link above you can see some videos of us bombing along. It also has a wide beam making a very stable. The cabin includes a sink with running water and a small gas hob and is large enough for two people to sleep overnight. The boat comes with lots of extras including a fishfinder and a VHF radio although these seem to have stopped working at the moment and I don't have time to fix them. It may be just a fuse as they were working last time I used it. I also purchased a bilge pump but have not got round to installing it. There are 4 fishing rod holders There are some minor issues such as the canopy torn in a few places due to high winds last year but other than that the boat is watertight. I have taken this out to sea off Newhaven on the English coast in quite rough weather especially around Beachy Head.
