Child's Cabin Bed in Chester

This is a child's bed with storage underneath. I originally bought it from the Children's Bed Centre in Chester and they retail around £420. It is 183cm x 85 cm wide & 80cm tall. The cupboard and drawer side and ends have royal blue inserts; the remainder is varnished beech in colour. It is not a flat pack bed, but came fully assembled. I have disassembled it for ease of storage at home while we wait for it to be sold. The largest part is the surface the mattress lies on, which is one large sheet with holes in it for airing. This is the 183 x 85cm sheet of wood. The cupboards are 60x60x60cm; in-between are two drawers vertically stacked. The two cupboard modules and the drawers screw together and form the base of the bed; the large sheet lies on top and has 8 screws securing it down. The two ends are taller and have two safety rails to keep your child safely contained; my son has never fallen out of it so I can assure you they work a treat. The cupboards have full length hinges and magnets to keep them shut; the drawers have full length rollers and help storing 'stuff'. The bed has a few small scuffs from several years of use, but is serviceable and unbroken. It will screw together quite easily. It would be local collection only; I'm happy to lend a hand to help you carry it out. I think it would probably all go into an Estate Car, with the big bit on the roof???? BTW...the bears and stickers are not included! The other picture is from CBC's web, it shows the arrangement of drawers and cupboards; it does not show the rails which we added when we ordered it.
