Comes with additional bedroom and kitchen extensions that attach to the sides of main awning giving more floor space. Also comes with pup tent that attaches to underneath of main sleeping area. Kitchen unit with sink two ring hob and grill comes complete with pots pans cutlery. Full brand new gas bottle. Awning and extensions all have vanilla roof and mud skirt so no worries about leaking canvas. All canvas areas have been sealed with Fabsil waterproof in May. easily assembled in about a hour for a beginner getting quicker with practice. Groundsheet and pegs included. Whilst its been in storage for 2 summers now it had a tiny 4 legged visitor, who unfortunately, caused a little damage by chewing 2 holes in the outer canvas, one on the top, one on the side, hence the price does reflect this damage, as any one is aware this can be easily fixed.
