There is one pup tent included. The main cabin has side benches and storage. The awning is a large living space and has a portico front porch design. The kitchen has a space for the kitchen and a fitted wardrobe. The kitchen fits to the back of the trailer. It has a hob, grill, sink, drainer, drawers and storage. The liners and curtains are included and are in excellent condition. The trailer is galvanised and both wheels and tyres are in great condition. There is also a spare wheel included. Cabanon trailer tent in good condition. Plenty of storage on board and in the 'kitchen'.  The 'overnight' option (i.e. without an awning) is easy enough to put up literally in minutes by just one person. The awning takes a little longer (perhaps 40 minutes, and does need two people) but once up it gives loads of living space with a moveable panel, depending on the weather, giving plenty of space to sit and eat and still move around.  It's fully waterproofed. Space is available for 4 more to sleep on the ground, underneath the main beds in pup tents. The tent is in very good used condition.  No leaks, rips or big marks.  The cooker is also in very good used condition and both gas rings and grill work perfectly. We have the instructions, which will be included, but I would advise watching a YouTube clip of how the tent goes up the first time as I think it would help make the instructions make sense. The trailer had two new tyres this year and is in very good condition, with a spare wheel. The lighting board comes with a clip for your own numberplate to clip in. Small bit of melamine missing on kitchen lift up lid. Some tiny rust spots on kitchen drainer Minor marks on bedroom 'walls' (although these can be taken down and washed, it just takes a bit of effort!) Cabanon Stratus trailer tent, has a new spare tyre & jockey wheel. Was waterproofed this weekend when we used it for the last time. Also has new seat pads/foam & covers (there is also spare material to make cushions) This also comes with the extra porch which has never been used so brand new wrapped up. There is a large sheltered porch already with the tent so although we bought the porch we didn't actually need it. Has two double fold out beds & 1 camping pod to enable you to sleep underneath one of the beds. All the joys of camping but with the extra of double beds off the floor, thicker material than a conventional tent to keep you warmer. The pods under the beds can be used for either extra sleeping space or storage space to hide your bags/boxes. Loads of space both inside the tent and trailer part with the beds with two drawers and storage benches. There is also a storage box at the front of the trailer tent. The ground sheet also zips into the outer shell to give you extra warmth from drafts or helps to prevent bugs getting in. Zipped Access for gas pipe/electric cable from the porch to the awning. Trailer tent in great condition - thought to be a . Tyres and spare in good condition, its up in my garden (and glad to say it hasn't let a drop of rain in and is completely water tight. Its priced to reflect the lack of kitchen unit and two small professional repairs to the otherwise perfect canvas. There is no kitchen unit with this tent but plenty of room in the trailer to carry cooker and folding cupboards.
