Key features of these units are as follows: - Both units operate as part of the Byron TX range of chime systems and are in full working order - TX1 unit: * Fully portable - operates at a range of up to 50 metres from the push button unit * Is powered using two 1.5 volt alkaline batteries (size 'C', UM2 and R14 - not included) * Can sound either a 'Ding Dong' tone or 'Westminster' tone * Has a row of green LED lights which flash when the chime sounds * Is in very good condition, except that the original grey/white colour has faded in the sunlight to a yellow/beige colour - TX2 unit: * Powered from the mains * Can sound either a 'Ding Dong' tone or 'Westminster' tone * Has a mains socket on the front which can be used to power a domestic appliance of up to watt of power. The socket is protected by a built-in 13 amp fuse. * Is in excellent condition - Both units require a TX-compatible push button unit to operate them Reason for sale: the push button unit which I was using with these units has stopped working.
