For sale here is my Byers Aravis Audax bicycle. Byers bikes were hand built to order and this is a fine example. Reynolds 631 tubing. Mavic A319 wheels with stainless spokes and Miche Technology hubs. Campagnolo Centaur 10 speed chainset. Campagnolo Rear scluster with Campagnolo Race Triple deraileur mechanism Brooks Champion Special Saddle. Schwalbe Marathon Tyres This bike was built in but it is in superb condition as it has had an easy life. Only a few hundred dry miles and indoor dry storage in between. Classic 's -80's Coventry Eagle bike 10 speed simplex gears 20 inch double butted brazed cromo frame with original silver paint work and transfers and quilt effect saddle. Considering it's age it's in very nice presentable condition, a top quality bike hand built in the UK. Tyres pumped up good breaks everything oiled and working ok very smooth ride that can be ridden away. The 27 x 1 1/4 inch tyres could do with replacing they look a bit scruffy the gum walls have some crazing and small cracks but they hold air and are safe to use. If I get around to fitting a new set this will be reflected in the asking price.
