**Contact Chris for a FREE consultation** With a passion for fitness from an early age Chris, like most young boys, started in school playing football, competing in the sports day egg and spoon race and found a strong position within his school cross country team. When leaving school the football continued right through his teens until reaching his late twenties, but this wasn't the only sporting path he endured. Chris found another passion in Taekwondo, making appearances over a four year period in several competitions throughout the UK for the “Northern Ireland taekwondo Squad”, a modest accomplishment he doesn't reveal very often. After around 15 years of working in retail it was only natural through his sport and fitness ability that Chris would seek a career within the health and fitness industry. In Sept of Chris found his latest passion and career path qualifying as a Level 3 Personal Trainer allowing him to educate and help people reach their own goals. Specializing in “Functional Strength Training” and “Injury Rehabilitation” Chris also shows great knowledge and dynamic skills working with a variety of weight management and medical referral clients with in our clinic here in Newtownabbey. “With simple and effective styles along with extensive knowledge on exercise and nutrition I know I can get you exactly what you want from your training.
