It's priced according to it's condition. Normally I would set something like this aside and restore it, but too many bikes at this time of year give me little time to do so. It is very much rideable, it's just slightly rarer to come by and these frames were made by Mercier and Bertin back in the day! So either it gets used as a good, decent quality student bicycle for the year, or someone who appreciates their bikes will take this and give it a full restoration.
