It is genuine leather, 3 seater sofa, with a matching armchair! The zips at the back have broken, but easily fixed and doesn't affect the comfort of the chair. Not even noticable so probably not worth fixing! As stated, there are no rips or tears at all! Fantastic condition, just general wear and tear!
