Cloisonné lidded vase - Japan - End 19th centuryA very fine enamel on copper cloisonné vase with lid from the Meiji era, 15 cm high, detailed decoration of polychrome enamels depicting a hummingbird in a bush on one side, and a bird in a rose bush on the other. The enamels are framed in reserves made of silver wire. Not signed or marked, but this quality is often attributed to Ando Jubei.
