Vintage Classic British Seagull Outboard 2 stroke engine in good running order. Not sure of horse power but used it on a 10ft dinghy on the Norfolk Broads with no problems. Petrol & 2 stroke oil mix 25 to 1. Cosmetically not great looking but mechanically pretty sound. Have seen these engines go for more than £70 in worse condition. Cash on collection please & i don't do very well with time wasters !!

Vintage British Seagull Featherweight Outboard Engine in

Selling as spares or repair as it did run but carburetor needs adjustments & fuel tank & lines need cleaning. Does turnover & produces a good spark. I'm no outboard mechanic but could be an easy fix for the experienced. These are collectable engines as they are small & lightweight & produce 1.5 to 2hp ideal for small dinghies. Cosmetically not immaculate but has a lot of character. Sold as seen in pics. Cash on collection & don't waste my time please !!

A Selway Fisher design outboard motor canoe built in , constructed using the stitch and tape method. Coated inside and out with epoxy resin and the exterior overpainted with exterior paint. It will carry up to 3 adults and has been car roof topped and sailed on the Kennet and Avon canal. It can be fitted with detachable wheels so that a single person can "wheelbarrow" it using the paddle handles to the launch site. Two wooden paddles are included. Here is a seagull Medium shaft outboard engine was running ok a couple of years ago plus bits and pieces from 2 other seagulls Selling as spares or repair although It could probably run if its serviced and fueled up there is loads of parts/bits of 2 other stripped seagulls. + 1 short shaft and 1 long shaft in bits long shaft has cracked block but could be used for spares there are 2 brass tanks,2 flywheels plus covers,3 carbs,an engine,props,etc,etc.see pics on table found when clearing Dads garages/workshops he used the complete one as an auxiliary. The first four pics are of the complete medium shaft engine and has the numbers SJP 37FP Short shaft in Bits engine has numbers SJP Long shaft in Bits engine has numbers LLSL I only have whats shown in pics. any questions please ask and i will answer asap.
