Under the 6 months warranty given with each appliance we will provide an engineer or swap for another of the same appliance if the item breaks down. The item will be securely wrapped and strapped to a pallet. The delivery company is not responsible for bringing the item in to your home-it will be brought on the pallet to the nearest entry point of your home.
