18 month old male beagle needs loving new home in

We have given this week's and weeks of thought. It's not been an easy decision and we have tried every other option to make things work but our little chap needs a home where he can have much more attention than we can give. He has to go to a home where he can have plenty of exercise, and preferably someone who can be around with him through the day (although he doesnt suffer with any sort of separation anxiety, he is a very much happier dog when he has company), at the moment we walk him for 3 hours a days. He is totally fine with children as ours are aged between 4-16 years old. I would prefer him to be with a family who has had previous experience of the breed as they are not an easy breed to look after. He is crate trained and will walk on and off his lead. He is neutered and up to date with all vaccinations etc. He is no health conditions or concerns. It is with great sadness that i need to rehome my Lhasa Rufus. Due to relationship break up and having to move and work he sadly has not been getting as much attention that is needed for him to thrive and develop. Rufus is very stubborn and just needs some training to help him,he's great with people but can be quite yappy. He has a voice and wants to be heard heis very protective around food and is a absolute no,no to go near him(want to be honest about that) wether that can be worked on.
