Cara is a hh pony age 16. She has been a great pony to get me jumping up to 90s to a metre. Cara has been hunting for the last two seasons and she has always been at the front jumping every thing in front of her. She has also been a great show jumper I would say showjumping is her best, she is very quick and good at sharp turns and has got serious scope. Dressage needs a bit of work but with the right rider she is great. I have done a couple of events with her but I did less then id like to as I go to boarding school. Cara can hack alone or in company she has no vices easy to shoe, kind in stable, good to clip. I love cara so much and would only allow her to go to a loving home. Now I'm not going lie, my gorgeous 13.1hh pony is cheeky, and a diva. But you will never find a more honest, trusting pony. He is a cheeky man with a lot of character. Sometimes I mistake him for a child who wants everything and if he doesn't get his own way, has a strop. However, since I bought simba in as an unbacked, high strung pony. He has taken me from being a novice to intermediate level shows and advanced classes, he has allowed us to learn together and made me the rider I am today. He is fully schooled and will deal with younger riders with respect and care, or be ridden by older, more experienced people. He can pop a cross pole, or jump 1m20 courses. He flys around cross country courses, and showjumping, but is in his element at places such as Somerford or Kelsall. This pony is so talented, and loving that it is breaking my heart to write this. After the 3years I have owned simba, I am now to big for him, and don't have the time to fufill his needs and allow him to progress even more. I teach my little cousin how to ride on him who is 7 and her sister who is 3 sits on him and has a walk round. On the roads, he is insecure alone so tends to look to his rider for support. He is never nasty, he just gets scared. He will not hack alone! He is fab, for the dentist, farrier and handle. He will load with encouragement of others due to a bad experience before I bought him. He is truly the love of my life and I couldn't imagine life without him. I am looking for a 10* forever home for him. Very sadly, my daughter has outgrown her super pony and we need to find a loving family home for him. Monty (Mount Pleasant Dark Secret) is a 13.3hh black 11 year old gelding. Welsh with 14% Arab (bloodlines back to ) making him a super allrounder for a lucky child. He has a lovely temperament and is a kind loving nature. He has competed at PC - SJ,XC and a super dressage test, scoring 70%+. He is currently jumping 70 xc and 80 sj regularly jumping 1m at home but we feel he is happy at 80 at the moment as my daughter is too big for him. He is a careful jumper who doesn't like to touch a jump. He always comes home with a rosette in whichever discipline and has won many show classes at various levels including Reserve Supreme Champion at PC show and won all classes entered last year at one show both in showing and show jumping - coming home with 5 firsts. He is very flashy in the ring and very fast in a jump off. He is not strong and is snaffle mouthed and out hacking is extremely light mouthed. He's good in traffic, to box and shoe. Monty would suit a confident child or a young family as he is perfectly calm to lead about/groom etc if need be but will step up to the mark in a competition. HONEST AD - I purchased Laddie back in October for my nine year old daughter as a showjumping pony to do BSJA but unfortunately he is just to much pony for her. He actually has a 128 JBM certificate so is classed as a full up hh) but in reality he is 13.1 and I think he would suit more of a pony club home with an older child riding him. His one and only vice is that occasionally he can put a buck in and unfortunately my little girl is too little to sit them, he has never done this out competing and just gets on with his job, he is a great showjumping pony and can go up or down the gears to suit the rider.
