Breeding Male(s) for use!

We have a gorgeous fawn male available for breeding; "Fallowfield Ulysses". He is proven and has produced lots of beautiful cria (some of which can be seen here). He is halter trained and does not even need catching in the field you can just go straight up to him to lead him. He is very friendly and nice natured! Ulysses was the Scottish National Champion in , has amazing fleece and stance. We also have a medium grey male (Sherwod Phantom) who is not yet proven but has got some of our females pregnant who are due to give birth in the Spring. Phantom is also halter trained but does not lead as smoothly as Ulysses. If you are wanting to have 'fancy' alpacas grey's are a very desirable colour to breed with. We are asking for £200 for a mating with Ulysses and £150 for phantom and if you have enough females so the price reaches over £ we will not charge any more the additional females. Options: 1. On Farm -The females are welcome to stay at our holding for a month so we can ensure pregnancy with regular spit offs and we can also offer shearing for an extra £20 while they are here (the shearers are coming in June). 2. You can bring your females here for a single breeding or we can come to you and after 2 weeks this will be repeated to ensure pregnancy. 3. Depending on the demand we can hire out either male to you from 3-4 weeks for £ regardless of how many females you have. Read More
