In Burgundy, this awning is in good condition and comes with awning carpet. There a few wear and tear items as described below. Has curtains, curtain poles, draught skirt and wheel arch cover. This awning has been used regularly for approx 5 weeks a year for the last 4 years i have owned it (bought used). It has a few water marks but is still 100% waterproof. There are a couple of minor points - 2 of the awning pole pads have lost their black rubber backing - i now use pieces of non slip foam matting. The centre poles rain veranda has lost its brass eyelet but this is not under tension and does not affect it. One corner has lost 2 of its peg points, but with the sides in there are adequate points to peg it down securely. All are easy repairs and the price reflects this.
