Hi for sale are my much loved 805D Maserati Edition, i bought them new. Due to me spending most of my time out of the country especially Asia and a house move they have been stored for most of their life. I would say they have spent around 6 months out of the boxes with less than 100 hours use. When they have been out they are kept in a room with blackout curtains... (Didn't want to risk any bleaching). There are no marks on the speakers, they are as they were supplied (hence listing as new/other)... They come complete with a set of Partington dreadnought stands, custom painted in white, against a white wall the stands almost disappear (see picture 6). These beautiful speakers are quite rare and are not to be confused with the standard Nautilus 805's. (B&W) They sound far superior to the standard 805 Nautilus and S and have a reputation for sounding better than the current 805 Diamond. The sound is far bigger than their size would make you believe, clear mids, smooth extended treble and fabulous bass. A true "High End" speaker. If you close your eyes you won't believe a stand-mount can have so much grip over the bass. The finish is called Maserati Edition is a process that takes several days to complete. As a result the finish is a deep mirror like shine(which makes them quite tricky to photograph), and they still look absolutely superb.
