For sale is my Boss OS-2 Overdrive / Distortion Pedal. Has a great range of sounds from old school overdrive to a modern distortion and huge amounts of gain. I simply don't use it anymore as I tend to stick to my amps drive. Great for practicing or gigging given the built in level control. For some reason this pedal stopped working on a power supply a few years back and now only works using a 9V battery. Batteries seem to last a while though and it is in otherwise good nick. Used - BOSS ML-2 Metal Core Guitar Distortion Pedal

Condition of the pedal: Used but fully functional. The pedal has been looked after very carefully without any damage since it has only been home used on my pedalboard. Only some oxidation can be seen on the screws on each side (Picture #2) but will not affect functionality of the pedal at all. Velcro is also attached at the bottom of the pedal neatly so you can just stick it onto your pedalboard immediately (Picture #3). If you don't want it, I can easily remove it for you. The 9V battery, which is included, has been replaced with a new one recently. Power supply and original packaging are not included. Pedal description: BOSS ML-2 Metal Core is a very high gain distortion pedal that's perfect for all heavy music styles, and of course, metal. The lows generated by this pedal are tight even at drop tuning and not 'woofy' at all. The high control lets you create a biting tone that will allow you to cut through the mix. Personal experience: The way this pedal has been advertised makes it seems like it is a pure metal pedal. But, I have also used this pedal to make great hardrock and 80's rock tones. The DF-2 is a distortion pedal with a built-in feedbacking function: hold down the footswitch for endless sustain – in overtone harmonic form of single notes. With the overtone knob, you adjust the overtone that you want to feed back. When you step on the pedal and hold it down, it feeds the note back until you release the pedal. This way you don’t need to play at full volume to get a feedback sound. The feedback note stops immediately when you release the pedal. Great sounds can be had when combined with other pedals.
