BOSS DS-2 PEDAL - RARE JAPAN

This lot is for a Japanese built Boss DS-2 Pedal (Power Supply not included but can be purchased for cheap). The Serial code on the back is CA. The Boss Decoder dates the pedal back to being built in . This pedal is perfect for collectors or serious guitarists that want to add a piece of history to their pedal board, as the pedal contains all original parts. This will continue to gain value as it gets older, there is not many completely original versions of this pedal left. The Pedal is fully functioning and sounds amazing, it provides all the distortion you will ever need and also cleans up nicely for solos. The pedal was used by Red Hot Chili Peppers guitarist John Frusciante during the tours for Californication, By the Way and Stadium Arcadium. I am sad to see this pedal go but I need to make room on my pedal board and have found myself not using as much as I used to hence I hope someone else can get more use out of it. There are some marks on this pedal (See Photos) but that is to be expected of a piece of equipment nearly 30 years old.
