Frosted chronometric movement made by Copin St. Quentin (Parek Phillipe Partner). 16-jewel chronometric movement, bi-metallic compensation scale, bluish Breguet spiral, steel cogwheel escapement. This lovely watch has an original movement in excellent condition, checked over, cleaned, and greased by a watchmaker in October of . It has a stainless steel case and and polished, thin parts, designed especially for this movement, and mineral crystal in the front and back. A magnificent dial with large Arabic numerals, second hand at 6:00, signed Copin St. Quentin. Original enamel is perfect. Diameter of the dial: 47 mm.   Old 30s/40s Style Banjo Resonator

   Old Style 30s/40s Banjo Resonator      Description & Details This auction is for an Old Style 30s/40s Banjo Resonator, Slightly convex back, diameter is just over 12". Looks like it's a maple or similar type wood, with ebony supports. I have no idea what make of banjo its came from, It was in a box with a bunch of stuff i bought about twenty five years ago. Should fit any open back frailer or old Jazz style Tenor banjo with a 10" rim, although you would need to fit a small bracket/nut attached to the rimstick to accept the retaining screw. My 10" open back Tubaphone frailer sits perfectly on it...and it does snap the sound up a bit. There are seven small holes on the back, which look like may have originally been for small screws or maybe inlay, your guess is as good as mine....but they dont affect anything and could be filled in.
