Prelude 19 Sailing Yacht/ Boat/Cruiser on Trailer

If you are in the market for a sailing yacht but only have access to a shallow mooring then this may be a solution. Prelude 19 swinging keel yacht in GRP with original gelcoat on the hull, deck and coach roof. Manufactured by Rydgeway Marine circa , the same builders of the Pandora yacht range with many of its attributes. Berths for four in an open plan accommodation and a generous sized cockpit that seats four adults with locker space under the seats. All areas of the deck have non-slip mouldings in the gelcoat for grip in the wet. Swinging pendulum keel that draws 1.5ft when wound up and 4.5ft when lowered putting the ballast far into the water where you need it to provide stability. It is controlled from the helm position.The keel is an improvement on the mk1 version which moved up/down from a keel box. With the mk2 version keel, if an underwater obstruction is hit or you round aground, the keel raises up over it and drops down again instead of possibly becoming dislodged. It also removes the need for an obtrusive keelbox in the cabin. Sails consist of a main and jibsail. Powered by a Seagull outboard engine. Sits on a single axle launching trailer. 16ft cabin cruiser boat project, twin axel trailer

The boat is currently in my garage and I need it gone asap. This is an unfinished project that I don't have time to finish. The boat is made of fibreglass and is completely gutted, I have sanded back most of it. This would be a perfect project for somebody who has the time to finish it. For Sale is my lovely boat Mayhem. She is 5M 2 berth GRP cabin cruiser Day boat in extremely good condition. She has a 9.9 Hp Yamaha, Electric start outboard and Yamaha 703 Remote with safety switch and isolator. The motor has hardly been used, probably no more than 25 hours running in total and has only been used in fresh water on the broads and previously on the Ooze. Self serviced earlier this year. She is mounted on a Swift, Single Axle, Braked, tilting Trailer in excellent condition with new spare wheel. She is clean and tidy throughout and can sleep two people. the lockable cabin has interior light, cushions, curtains, starage boxes, small folding wall table and porta potty for the ladies. She has a new battery, 10 litre portable fuel tank, electric automatic bilge pump and Navigation lights. All electrics and steering linkage is in full working order. Two auxillary 12v sockets on the steering dash for phone charge or other. She is registered for the broads and has a BSS certificate valid until . Externally she is tidy but does require a rub down and a new antifouling coat. I will include the antifoul paint along with primer and a can of topside paint. I was going to finish her off myself but ill health has prevented this, hence the reason for selling her. All external cleats, hand rails etc are stainless steel. Extras include: Mooring ropes and painter, Bank anchors, Mud anchor, full set of Fenders, 3 Adult 50N buoyancy vests, Two 100N child buoyancy Jackets, life ring, inflatable tender with oars, spare fuel tank and fuel line: Flushing caps for dry running of motor along with the service and maintenance manual.
