Re furbished trailer in very good condition all that it needs to complete it is a set of side rollers and or bunk type stabilisers at the back, it has had the following = two almost new wheels and tyres plus brakes stripped and cleaned out and lubricated cables and adjusters etc+ bearings checked plus a new cable fitted+ several new Middle keel rollers some welding around the back end with a roller installed under the very back = this makes it a lot easier when wanting to load or off load onto the ground it just rolls underneath at the same time as it is being pulled onto the trailer with the good condition winch together with a new strap. This is a very strong hull which is in my mind a great quality fibreglass very much like the superb "Shakespeare" boats from years ago = probably one of the strongest hulls ever to be produced it has at present a hole in the transom where a Volvo Penta 270 "Z drive" was fitted however the previous owner removed it and never got around to replacing it and so it could have another fitted or I have considered reducing the 2 inch thick transom in order to fit a large outboard engine = see my other adverts =Penta 45 long shaft +electric start +controls and fuel tank= good runner+ recent service,I would consider a sensible offer for all three as a project ??= try me As it is now it has had a first class job done of new floor fibreglassed in which also provides a bouyancy area which would be important in case of it overturning also there is a steering wheel and cable which works The "break back"trailer is almost completely Overhauled and refurbished including the brakes stripped and cleaned out the wheel bearings checked and greased together with refurbished mud guards and all " u bolts" replaced with new galvanised ones a new winch strap(as opposed to cables) all parts wire brushed and then painted with Hammerite and two off as new tyres =165x13. This is a boat trailer which is now surplus to my requirements. It carried my 14 ft boat but might take a bit bigger boat. It is ten feet from the jockey wheel to the axle. It comes with traailer board and winch which is not attached. It has a locking hitch and there is a spare wheel but the tyre would need to be put on it. I used it to tow my 14ft two berth saing boat from Selsey to Glasgow a round trip of about 900 miles. Towed several times after that with no problems. I have just given it a wire brush with a drill and a fresh coat of paint. It is near Glasgow city centre and I could deliver it for free up to ten miles as long as it was all paid for first. Great fishing boat and the snipe trailer it's sitting on. hull is in good shape it's water tight and very stable. transom is solid just needs antifouling and it's good to go, personally I would give it a lick of paint but not essential. cuddy is big enough to shelter from the odd rain storm as we've had 3 of us in there doing that exact thing when fishing. I would say a maximum of 3 people on board, but would hold more. delivery is possible if you don't have a tow bar but would need to be local due to busy work schedule. trailer tows straight and true and you would hardly know it was there when towing. perfect project boat or to be put straight in the water.
