Hopefully from the photos you can see everything you need to know. If not, send me an email and I'll do my best to answer your questions. It came off a 22ft Teal that was fitted with a 2.5 diesel engine. It has been exposed to the elements for about a year. The only markings I can find on it are what I'm assuming is the serial number (too faded to see clearly) and the name 'Alcan'. I've included photos of this. It was taken off the boat last year, with the intention of fitting an outboard, but I've since discovered the joy of boats without engines (much less swearing involved), so it's now for sale. I've got boating friends who told me stern drives were like hen's teeth and said this one was worth about £400. I have no idea, but after a bit of online research I think that £200ono is a very good price. This item is very heavy, and needs to be collected from Drumclog, just outside Strathaven. Please check where that is before contacting me. I'm happy to receive offers, but be reasonable if you want a response. You're more than welcome to come view it. Just let me know when suits and I'll give you my postcode. I'm looking for a ride on mower, and I'd be happy to swap for one that needs a bit of tlc. Also looking for wood to build a workshop, mono block for the drive, and concrete block for the workshop. Four berth with a fixed double at rear with cupboard& drawer space & sofa bed in the front. The bathroom has a pumpout toilet with a deep sit down shower & hand basin. There is both 12v & 240v electric with a w sterling inverter & victron battery charge. Also a connection point for 240v hook up. The engine has had a complete overhaul with new starter motor, starter battery, alternator & several oil changes plus much more. She is ready to go & would be ideal for both holiday or livaboard. We had her in dry dock for blacking & new anodes Aug . She was also painted around this time. The interior is all made from good quality wood & built by craftsmen in the 90's.
