Wintec Saddle Black Wintec Saddle, 17.5 inch, flock panels, and fitted with white gullet plate (extra wide). This saddle, although I’ve owned it for some years, since new, was bought for the purpose of me having a saddle that fitted my driving horse should I want to ride him, (stay on a diet long enough to be light enough to ride...). By the time I wanted to ride, (stopped eating buns for long enough...)he was ready for retirement! Consequently, the saddle has sat in a cupboard for the majority of its life. I would estimate that this saddle hasn’t had more that hours use. My horse was a coloured cob, so there are the usual white hairs stuck to the non-smooth surfaces. The only damage is a tiny little ‘nik’ on the cantle, 3-4mm long, which happened on day 1. Yes, gutted, I know! Please see the photo. Anyway, it's an excellent saddle, in excellent condition and is being wasted whilst not being used. Grab yourself a bargain! £200 Due to the size and weight of a saddle for posting purposes, the best option might be to collect it in person, in which case the winner will be invoiced for £100 via paypal as deposit, the rest to be paid upon collection. Or I can send an invoice for the full purchase price. The saddle is a dressage synthetic with a cut away pommel and a flexible tree that moulds to the horses back and it fits from medium to wide made by shires hi-lite. This saddle is nearly new and has always had a saddle cover on to keep it clean.It was a god send as we could not find a saddle to fit this horse who was short backed and wide..We wanted one that would sit behind the shoulders and was longer on the sides. The saddle will come with a neoprene girth which is soft for the horse. When first used we put a sticky pad underneath and walked the first couple of times to give the saddle chance to bed in and mould to the horse.It is a very comfortable saddle to ride in. Please find for sale A Hi-Lite Elite Black Synthetic Saddle unfortunately too long for my horses back. This is a lovely light weight saddle and will be perfect over the winter months as very easy to care for, just wash it over with a cloth! It has the new shires self adjusting gullet system. This allows the saddle to automatically adjust from Medium to Wide fit dependent on what the horse needs. Just perfect when the horses start to lose the extra few pounds they were carrying over winter. The saddle has a lovely deep seat and good size, moveable knee rolls to provide good  comfort and support. This saddle has been tried on only then sat in my tack room so has some stray hairs and a line on the girth straps where I left the girth on after trying but otherwise this is a brand new saddle. I will wash over the saddle to remove as many as possible so will be better than in picture (could only find brushes and sponges with more hair on when taking the photos!) The retail price for these on the Shires website is £159 so grab a bargain! The description from the Shires website for this saddle is: Synthetic general purpose saddle with well shaped seat and cut back pommel.
