Black Stallion Shetland 7.8hh

I have decided to reluctantly sell my Shetland stallion. He is 4 years old and is 7.8hh. Has has been wormed to date and microchipped. He came to our yard one year ago after I rescued him. He was very timid and had been neglected. Since coming to us, he has made a huge improvement although he can be a little nervous at times. He was broken in last year as a leadrein pony where he was backed by my then four year old and two year old children. He regularly hacked out on the roads and bridlepaths with no issues. He has been around young children, other horses and ponies, chickens and dogs and has been absolutely no problem. He is regularly trimmed by the farrier without hesitation. I am reluctantly selling him but my children have outgrown him and my daughter is now concentrating on her show pony. He is no problem at our yard so in no rush to sell but I feel that he is being wasted. Two weatherbeeta rugs to go with him. Only 5* home. Any queries please ask. Read More
