!!! Chunky All Rounder/Happy hacker 15hh !!!

15hh (approx) 10yr old Bay Blagdon Mare. This lovely big, sweet natured mare has brilliant flashy, floaty paces... Perfect for the show ring. She is currently being ridden out on hacks on our busy roads and is not fazed by anything from road signs to lorries. She has a lovely forward walk and trot but is by no means a strong girl despite her size. She does canter, sometimes needing a kick when in the menage but can be forward when asked. She would benefit carrying on with schooling too. She is snaffle mouthed at all times. She has just been introduced to some jumping, it is all new to her but she is so genuine, she always has a go. Has also done a course of small jumps and took it all in her stride. I have found that she prefers to be with company on the stable yard although she will come in and tie up by herself, she just gets vocal and sometimes a little fidgety but getting more confident and quiet every day. She is not a fan of having her feet picked out, not at all nasty just really heavy footed. This genuine, honest mare has never bitten or kicked, is brilliant to tack up, groom, catch and can live in or out as a good hardy do-er type. Ideally looking for a competent, knowledgeable home. Stunning 15hh cob x Id mare for sale. We have had Incy since April this year and after always having geldings she is my daughters first mare, sadly they are just not jelling and we have come to the sad decision to part company with her. Incy hacks out alone and in company can be a touch unsure on her own but with a confident rider will do as she's asked. We have done pony club, craven country farm ride and schooling for her age she is quite green when it comes to schooling so needs work in this area however she does try her best and seems to pick things up fairly quickly. Daisy. 8 year old. Passported, vaccinated, wormed. Daisy was driven on all types of roads she then was a broodmare for 2 years. She has now been backed to riding and proving to be a very sweet willing mare. She is forward going, sometimes strong but only ridden in a snaffle. Has been walked around bitless. Daisy is just learning the ropes and trust. She is very genuine. She is fine to load, stable and catch. Can stay barefoot and sound and live in a mixed herd. She will make a wonderful riding horse once finished. All 3 of my horses are currently up for sale. Whichever one is left will be kept to produce further over winter. The only fault I'd say daisy has is she snatches her hooves back when picking them out. This can only improve with time. Daisy will easily carry 14 stone. Approx 15hh cob mare. 8 years old. Daisy was previously used for driving, she then had a couple of years off to have 2 foals, then I purchased her to back to riding. I have taken it very steady with her, she is a sensitive mare who I think has been driven fast previously. She is forward going and only needs voice commands to go. She was ridden and backed with loveridge equine services, check out his page on fb. Daisy seems to be suiting calm riders who can relax and show her that calm is a good! She is fine with traffic and has been hacked alone but she needs repetition, to not have her mind blown and steady 1 to 1. She just is anxious to want to get it right sometimes bless her. Project mare for sale. She is up to date with worming, farrier, has had the saddle fitter and had her back checked. Had her teeth done in march this year. Been backed earlier this year and was working away in walk trot and a small amount of canter. Has since been out of work for a few months so sold from field. She is good in traffic although it will need to be reintroduced but it won't take long. Has also jumped a small cross pole. Lives out all year but will stable happily. She is a good doer, will live off fresh air. She's a very loving mare who would excel on a one to one basis. Her bad points are she can be quite nervous around new people and things but quickly comes around with reassurance. I had some issues getting her feet done but with patience from her farrier and a packet of polos she is much better. Heartbreaking decision to sell this gorgeous horse as she's not getting enough attention. This is Miffy, she is a 15hh 9 year old appaloosa mare. She can live with mares and geldings. She is barefoot and can be ridden bit less or bitted as she is very responsive. Good in the school and out hacking either on roads or moors, never fizzy. She has jumped 2ft previously but I'm not into jumping so never persued this however she has freeschooled over 3 1/2 ft jumps easily. She is exellent at shows nothing phases her and she is always admired for her colouring, and have done little bits of cross country with her. She has four good paces and very good breaks. The quirks: she can be a bit spooky going to new places on her own for the first time out on rides, nothing nasty just does a little jump on the spot. Has to wear a uv fly mask nearly all year round because her eyes and nose burn when the sun comes out and the uv irritates her eyes, but is usually good at keeping her fly mask on! Comes with all tack and rugs. Doesn't need feeding unless working hard she lives off air. Just looking for a nice home where she will be loved and taken out and about because I feel guilty having her as a field ornament!
