Marina 40hp engine 3 life jackets (2 brand new) 6 fenders Anchor Solar panel Two leisure batterys On board Toilet Cabin recently refurbished and boat always stored in dry storage....too busy with work commitments and new campervan to find the time to appreciate it. 23ft Norman Cruiser project

I purchased this Cruiser as a winter project BUT my landlord says it must go !! Such a shame but I do not have any alternative. Hull and superstructure are in good condition although there is a slight leak on the superstructure somewhere. Also hull has 2 small cracks on the stern - easy repair.
