Ladies bicycle - Raleigh need a bit of repair

Hello, this is used Raleigh Ladies bicycle. It works good but rear wheel need to be repair. (wheel a bit wobblig when you riđe and there is no erar tyre 700c -tyre is on the picture but was taken off.) Front tyre is in good condition. Chain is working good - no rust.
