Hearing-aid compatible, with a handset earpiece volume control that you can adjust to suit your needs (up to +60dB). Two programmable memories, e.g. use one for emergency services and the other for emergency family contact. 32-name/number phone book. It's a corded telephone but can be wall-mounted. (It has always been used on a side table.)
