Outwell Montana 12 - this is a very sturdy 12 man tent with thick poles that withstand the wind. My husband can stand up in it (he is 6ft tall), it has a very large living area in the centre, and you can split the bedrooms into either 6 smaller rooms on the sides, or 2 larger rooms and 2 small, or 2 very large rooms. There is a back and front door with a porch. We have taken it camping in total probably about 5 or 6 times. There are no leaks or holes that I am aware of. Also in the bundle: Extra large tarpaulin for underneath the tent Extra peg box with hard ground pegs Fold out storage table - a camping table with storage shelves underneath for food, it has only been used once. Multiple lanterns and lights - 2 rechargeable, 1 battery, 1 wind up lantern. Hi-Gear Kalahari 8-man tent bought new 3 years ago. During this time we have only used the tent 4 times. No smoking family and at the time no pets (we have a dog now but never stayed in the tent). The full spec can be found on the Go Outdoors website but precisely it is: mm hydro head, weight 24.4kg, sleeps 8 comfortably in 4 or 2 separate compartments. There is also a large central area where an adult can easily stand up. There are 2 entrance doors and the zip to one is broken (the door can still be sealed, its the zip to the net that is broken). This is a big tent so only really suitable for use over a couple of days or more. Also included is the Kalahari porch. A really useful add-on to give additional space. We found it an ideal utility room in which to place the cooker, table, food etc. Cooking inside the tent is not advisable. Currently retails for £437. This Windsor tent has a four man bedroom area, (we used it as a double with a double decker air bed) - a seating area with ground sheet, an extra storage area at the back. It can be opened up right through to let air circulate. It has Mozzie nets on all the windows and bedroom, a bedroom divider which we've never used. It's in a good used condition, the tent bag has some tiny holes which don't affect its use.
