6ft superking bed frame - Solid pine, This is a bespoke solid pine bed which was made specifically for us. Mattress and bedding not included. It was originally coated in Danish oil. Can easily be painted. There is a slatted base for a mattress and two large drawers either side (the drawers are on runners). Each drawer has useable storage space of 86 cm x 56.5 cm x 20 cm. The drawers are made from MDF but faced with solid pine and have metal knobs. (see picture). The bed frame is solid and heavy but does breakdown into sections i.e. head board, foot board, sides, centre support (MDF), drawers. Drawers do not breakdown into sections. Overall size of frame is 216 cm long by cm wide. It is 101 cm high to highest part of headboard and 54.5 cm to highest part of footboard. It takes a mattress to maximum 202 cm long by 182 cm wide (mattress not included).One drawer needs adjusting as occasionally drops below runner. There are some holes on the back of headboard on left side (when facing bed) which is where we attached a small temporary bedside unit which has now been removed (see picture). There are also some glue marks where we originally had acorns on the posts (see picture).Reason for selling: Made to fit in old house and now too big for room size of new house.This item is being listed on other websites. £, Horsham, .
