Bailey Pageant Berth Touring Caravan A five berth with a side washroom, It had had damp across the front windows, along the nearside, but we haven't noticed any problems this year. (hence the low price) The caravan has rear seating that can be changed into a large double bed. There is also a bunk above, and the whole area can be partitioned from the rest of the caravan. In the centre on one side is a kitchen equipped with a gas hob, grill and oven, a sink with hot and cold water and a drainer, and a fridge that can be powered from both gas and electric. Opposite is the washroom, which is a combined shower and cassette toilet, with a wash basin and vanity unit. A large wardrobe is next to the washroom, and at the front are a pair of parallel bench seats that can be joined to make a comfortable double bed. Other equipment on the caravan includes a gas and electric water heater, and a truma gas and electric fire with blow air unit. There are lots of extras only selling as we now have a vw. Loveley clean van. No smoking or pets. We have lived and toured in the caravan for 3 months between house moves. Unfortunately we haven't room for it at our new home after a week it will go to the best sensible offer. Every thing works the upholstery is in very good clean supportive condition for its age. Curtains and blinds all working and clean. It has a very handy motor mover, cassette toilet, separate shower cubicle, three way fridge(gas mains 12v) excellent gas oven which I have made most of our meals in and all of our bread,gas hob. The kitchen is a practical L shape. Blown air heating system. We started our stay in it in February the heating and insulation are very efficient as is the ventilation, we didn't have any condensation - better than the house. Lots of lighting combinations, extractor fan, ample clever storage. Two single bed or one double. Laminate floor with 2 sets of fitted carpet. Efficient water heater and pump.
