Under the 6 months warranty given with each appliance we will provide an engineer or swap for another of the same appliance if the item breaks down. If you picked up the item from us then you are responsible for bringing it back in the event of an exchange-if it was delivered by us then we are responsible for picking the item up for exchange. The delivery company is not responsible for bringing the item in to your home-it will be brought on the pallet to the nearest entry point of your home. If you wish to report any damage upon receipt of the item please take pictures before signing for the item and send to us straight away- preferably while the delivery driver is still at the scene, we can only compensate for transit damage if this procedure is followed.
