Tax Exempt Bedford CF Landcruiser. cc petrol automatic. It has had lots of new parts,alternator, battery, electric fuel pump, points, plugs, leads, distributor cap condensor,different carburettor, but needs fine tuning by someone who knows these vehicles as wont always tick over, probably needs a good carburettor/timing etc. Mot expired April- but has done less than 300 miles since last mot, so renewing the mot shouldnt be a problem.NO WELDING REQUIRED. Bodywork is solid and the rear is fibreglass so no rust issues.NO DAMP ISSUES, Fantastic original condition, if you know your landcruisers you will see that this is a totally original van, curtains and cushions have been tastefully replaced and are in fantastic condition. The interior is in excellent condition and completly original,can sleep six ! 1 double bed, great 2 tier bunk bed(pictured, obviously folds down!) and 2 bunks which go across the width of the camper,. Fridge- gas and 12 volt, sink, water pump,cooker and grill, gas bottle, power mains hook up, power points, rcd box,dual batteries, mains hook up lead, propex heating, loads of cupboard space, face off cd stereo,the cab has had a nice quality carpet fitted not too long ago,led lighting has been fitted, the original front seats have been changed for some more modern and comfortable seats,a bench seat is fitted in the front so can seat 3 up front with seat belts, all the tyres are good and the bodywork is good for a classic vehicle of this age, its all there - just need someone who can give it the small amount of mechanical attention it needs. Beloved Bedford CF Campervan

I finally have got to the bottom of the HPI issue. Due to Betty being so old she doesnt habe a unique vin number and annoyingly shares it with a Greeves motorbike registered as stolen. I now have confirmation that the stolen marker does NOT relate to the Bedford! This is a sad sad sale! Plenty of charachter and unique Bedgord cf250. The mechanic that passed 'Betty' with flying colours and no advisories on her mot was heavy handed and broke the reverse on the way out of the garage....that was August (sadly been stood since then as i couldnt bring myself to sell her) Needs a new gearbox/recondition it/msybe its the gearbox mount? A second gearbox with a reverse amd pivot needing doing in with the price. This camper was a project that was built for our specific needs but never got finished due to marraige breakdown. The cables for the electric hook up/leisure battery are there but they arent connected to a zig box. Mainly because one of the jobs that didnt get completed but i also habe never found the need to do it. My partners loved bedford cf 350 horse box. For sale. months full years mot passed friday just gone. only on origanal engine and gearbox   2.3 petrol doulble wheel base lorry. Paintwork needs some tlc but macanicaly sound hence the 12 month mot. Can carry two horses at 16.3 hands as have done to shows for last year and a bit. Side and rear loading with rails to the rear. Recent complete brake overhaul to get through mot with genuine parts witch are still available though genuine supplier.
