She is 12 years old and was bred by my father in law so as been in the family for 12 years, only reason for sale is she is wasted due to him been unable to do any thing with her due to age and health. We have decided to sell our dappled grey section a mare due to going on a long holiday in the summer and having nobody to look after her. She is nearly 5 and has been recently broken. She is very good and safe to hack and loves it, not at all jumpey. Will do anything on the lead rein. In the school she is still green but loves jumping, she can be stubborn when ridden free in the school and gets excited when cantering, sometimes bucking. She has never been ridden in a bit, only a hackamore which is much better for horses. She likes being groomed and will stand for ages. Usually she is good to catch though sometimes she can be stroppy. Used to all kinds of animals and children as we live on a smallholding. She would not do for showing as she was caught on wire as a foal and has a scar on her face. Very hardy, never sick. She is barefoot and does fine being ridden on the roads. Lives out without a rug, didn't have one all winter, in fact she hates them! In good condition, being ridden/lunged every day. Will come with her saddle and bridle but not the hackamore.
