A superb British made antique steamer trunk. Outstanding quality black painted metal with solid wood braces all round. A stunning original coppered interior. This is in completely original condition so has some dents and marks that all add to its character, full of life and history. Writing reads: H.F Tunbridge, c/o Miss D.Mason,501 New South Head RD,Double bay, Sydney,Australia. This could be used for storage (all catches and handles work),perhaps a blanket box at the foot of a bed. At the moment I have it stood on end and am using it as a lamp stand, endless possibilities. For sale is this absolutely incredible 17th/18th century coffer. It's in amazing antique condition with the most beautiful genuine patina. I've cleaned the inside and given the outside a fresh coat of wax giving it a beautiful tactile finish. The condition is extremely good for its age. It has a very small amount of dormant worm holes at the back which are almost un noticeable. All in all its an amazing piece great condition and clean inside. Dimensions are Width 105 Depth 56 Height 64 all cms. Vintage travel trunk, storage unit

Vintage trunk, once used on the railway system, currently used as a decorative storage unit to hold gym equipment so it is quite large. Wanting to sell quickly as I have just graduated from university and there is no space at home for such a large item. There is some damage to the inside of the box from what looks like previous water damage but this hasn't effected the strength or structure of the trunk. The straps all work so the trunk can be closed and use for display purposes only. There is also a key included which should mean that you can lock the front of the trunk however I have not tried to use it as I am afraid it might break or get stuck in the lock due to the age of the item. Currently asking for £50 however there is room for negotiation within reason as it will be thrown away if not sold within the allocated time. Please contact me if you have any questions.
