14 hands skewbald mare, 15 years. Megan is a super comfortable cob with plenty of bone and feather. She would suit a riding school/trekking centre or child/adult to hack in company. Can be led from another horse or from the ground. Very safe in open spaces and is not fazed by others galloping around her. Snaffle mouth at all times. Megan is excellent in traffic, to catch and load (lorry/trailer). Goes unshod, has super hard feet. She is very happy to live in a mixed herd, on her own and in a stable. She has a really sweet temperament and will stand to be groomed and fussed over, washed, put the hosepipe on her. Not strong to lead on a headcollar. She also drives but has not been driven by us. Very sad sale of my much loved cob. Piebald traditional cob, 7 years old, 15.1 gelding. Tiny was shown with success as a youngster including a win at the Great Yorkshire Show as a 3 year old. Unfortunately he’s only competed at a limited number of shows under saddle due to lack of time and my youngster chewing his mane! He’s competed at some unaffiliated dressage where he’s had some really good results and I feel he has the potential to excel and affiliate. He has also popped a couple of fences. He’s good to hack out alone but not ridden out much with others so still needs more experience. He’s seen plenty of farm machinery but not really seen much traffic as we have plenty of off road hacking. He can be a bit spooky at times so not really suitable for a novice rider. Tiny is good to travel, shoe, clip and will live in or out. He is wormed, chipped and passported and up to date with vaccinations and teeth. I would prefer an experienced home to fulfil his full potential. Anyone looking for a dressage cob then he’s definitely one worth looking at but would equally make a great allrounder. 14.2hh / 14.3hh 14 year old Traditional Cob Gelding Super safe good all round cob. He hacks out alone or in company is excellent in traffic, he’s good to load, box, shoe etc he is happy to go out for a ride once a month or everyday I have done fun rides and hunted him I have never known him to buck or rear but he can be strong when out with other horses but he will always stop. He hasn’t schooled for a while as I don’t have facilities but has been schooled in the past and competed dressage successfully. He is easy to do in all ways can live in or out.
