This measurement is the gate itself there are Lugs for the hinges 3in each side then you would use posts (not supplied) of say 4in sq so  plus some clearences total posible length 103in + 6in + 8in + clearences 3in  = 120 inches Collection only but would deliver within reasonable distance at an agreed cost.
