Beautiful Lineolated Parakeets (Linnies) For Rehoming
[[Serious Enquiries Only]] I'm rehoming my Lineolated parakeets (Linnies) who are about two years old. They are not hand-tame, so they prefer not to be handled, but they are full of personality! These two are bonded, which means I will not be adopting them out separately. It's encouraged that they go to a new home where nobody would be pushing for their affections, or expecting them to be-friend other types of birds. They are so precious, and quite chatty amongst themselves. They both often mimic laughing and giving smooch kisses. They have not been DNA tested, we believe they are both female. Without DNA testing there is no other way to confirm their gender. The only reason I'm rehoming them is because our other bird has been aggressive towards them both and it's not fair to divide our attention onto them in separate rooms. They do enjoy being in the same room as people, trying to eat cereal from your bowl in the morning, take spray bottle baths, and exploring the house. But they also do not mind having their own space if you wanted them to live in an aviary. They will be re-homed with a double-tall vision cage which includes all of their toys, treats and food. We will be very sad to see these beautiful girls go, but it's not fair to them or our other bird to keep them all separated - dividing our quality time between them. Please feel free to contact me for additional information. I am seeking knowledgeable and experienced bird owners. I have no time-limit on how soon they must go, so I'll be scrutinising every enquiry that comes in and will be quick to turn away anyone who I feel is not suitable for either of them. Read More
