I'm looking for a 5* forever home for my beautiful mare, due to no fault of her own. A sudden change within the family and my commitments to study as a vet have led to this sad sale. Arkle Lola is a 15.2h, 7 year old, ISHxApalloosa. She is not a novice horse, although she has no vices when in the stable she can be a difficult ride as she has not been properly schooled. Lola is a fantastic and keen jumper, although requires a lot of encouragement when conquering new things, she will hack out alone but does prefer company. I have never experienced problems with her in traffic although she occasionally spooks at bikes. She is perfect around children, plus can be shod, groomed, lunged, turned out and have her mane pulled with ease and no negative response. Her farrier, vet (has both flu and tetanus vaccines), worming and dentist are all up to date. She has no health problems. Lola is ideal for someone wanting a challenge, looking for a hunter type horse who is willing to give her time and patience in order to allow her to reach her full potential. This mare oozes presence, has three uphill paces, a fabulous walk and good length of stride. She is very trainable, loves to work, thrives off jumping and really enjoys her job. This amazing little mare is 8 years old, hh. She has been with us for 3 years, we purchased her off the breeders and had her professionally backed. She has been a dream, she has brought my daughter on in confidence beautifully. She has competed in dressage, showing, jumping and pony club and has come away with many rosettes and championships, her paces are to die for and could go far as a dressage pony, she is competing at novice level dressage and has scope to go so much further. She has competed at the dressage finals at david broomes event centre this year and finished 5th and 6Th in her classes and behaved impeccably all weekend. My daughter does everything with her including tack up, catch, feet, load, brush,bath etc. I can not stress how wonderful this little mare is. only for sale as we have another bigger pony for my daughter and don't want looby to go to waste through lack of time.
