For sale is my Gibson Studio in the classic Ebony finish with gold hardware inc the classic Gibson USA Tan Case. Purchased this around 10 years ago off the original owner with the original receipt of sale dated to . He had only ever used it to learn on and I’ve only used it in the house hence its pretty much mint condition. There is slight tarnish on the gold hardware and a slight laquer mark on the rear of the guitar where the nitro has reacted to a stand prior to my purchase but its hard to see and does not affect the playability at all. It's a fantastic playing guitar was set up by the late great Dave Roper before he passed away, only unoriginal parts are the Grover tuners and the silver capped top hat control knobs. Here I have my stunning Gibson lp custom black beauty made in . All original apart from the tuners but I still have the original tuners as seen in pic. No extra holes as the new tuners fit perfectly. T top pickups which sound bluesy but also rock out. Original case... these alone are going for £450 alone. The guitar itself is in really great condition for her age with no buckle rash or anything other than very minor light surface marks but for a 75 trust me it doesn't get better. Fret less wonder this guitar and a real shredder. Weigh's about pounds. Original pots' wiring ' t top pickups it just doesn't get better. Gibson Les Paul Studio (, Real Ebony Fretboard)

This is a Gibson Les Paul Studio that I have owned since new. Bought in August . Don't go comparing this guitar to the Studio that you saw in your local guitar exchange at the weekend. This is a different kettle of fish altogether and far higher quality. Solid mahogany, with a solid maple cap and a flawless ebony fingerboard. You can't even get real ebony on a new Les Paul Custom nowadays. This one, being almost a quarter of a century old, has some of the classic wear that is associated with Gibson Les Pauls. There is some sweet yellowing of the trapezoid inlays and a gorgeous lacquer checking that runs across the body. From a distance it doesn't really show, but up close and under light it creates this fantastic 'cracked mirror' effect. Importantly, none of the body checking has exposed wood, so you get all the cool looks without it appearing tatty up close. One tiny ding on the edge of the body that no-one will notice (I think it was there for months before I did). '60s neck profile. Chrome hardware all in excellent condition. Weighs just over 9lbs. Has had a recent pro setup, with full fret level and dress. Plays incredibly smoothly and sounds great. Comes with a Hiscox hard case. Trades are unlikely, but feel free to offer. Gibson Les Paul Custom Shop Custom w OHSC, COA

Greetings, Previously owned by an important band's guitar player (have to respect their wish and keep it a low profile), this is one hell of an instrument. First, because of its history, second because it features Real ebony and not last because it's a Custom Shop creation. The top on this guitar is a true admiration for me. It seems like plain top but under certain light angle it assumes that tight and deep flame. Killer! The neck is straight, there's minimal fret wear. All the electronics and finish are original. No breaks, no repairs, no modifications. Original hard shell case in used but good condition included! Detailed description of the item below: Headstock: Clean, one ding on the front corner and one ding on the back. Neck: Solid, no breaks, no repairs, no alterations. The Real ebony board is clean and there are no cracks, the frets show virtually no wear and the neck is straight. Typical Rounded Neck profile just as any Les Paul Custom from the era. Body: Clean overall, light surface scratches on the back plus a few insignificant and finish-only dings, various surface dings around the input jack area but nothing through the finish. The top is mostly clean with light dings here and there but hard to notice as they match the color and they are not through the finish.

Comes with a Gibson case and the authenticity booklet. Has Grover tuners a Seymour Duncan 59 pickup on the neck and a JB on the bridge which IMHO sound much better than the original stock 490t and 480t. I know longer have the original pickups. This originally came without the pickup covers, easy to remove if not your taste. This has a richlite fretboard chrome hardware and white binding. Sounds and plays like it should.
