Smoky black British Shorthair male cat 15 months old

Jasper is a beautiful British Shorthair. He was born in June and we have had him since he was about 4 months old. We will be able to give you his pedigree certificate. He is a smoky black colour but in the sunshine (he loves napping in front of a sunny window) there's a brown hint to his coat and faint stripes. He has pumpkin coloured eyes typical of his breed. Jasper is really good natured and loves being made a fuss of. He knows he's the boss and how to get his own way without ever having to be mean. He will remind my husband to give him chicken or fish at mealtimes with great big eyes and a paw on the arm, but he is currently on a complete dry cat food and we take care that he doesn't have too many treats. He takes a while to warm to people he hasn't met before as he is a very loyal cat, but once he gets to know you he will be affectionate and friendly. We don't know what he's like with dogs as he hasn't met any since we have had him, but he would probably be OK with small dogs that are good with cats as he is very confident with other animals. He is healthy, has had his vaccinations, been microchipped, but has not been neutered. He had been treated for fleas and worms although he's never had any. We have very recently moved to a house which needs a lot of decorating and are sadly having to part with all but one of our cats. This one is black and white with a white tummy and a very distinctive dark patch on his nose. He has pretty amber eyes, and is very loving. He looks just like his mum! He is friendly with people, shy at first but very loving. He's very curious, super cute and has a very expressive tail! This beautiful boy has been microchipped and vaccinated. We have had him since he was about four months old and will pass on his pedigree certificate with him that his previous owner gave us. He loves being the centre of attention and bossing around our other cats. We are moving house and sadly will only be able to take one cat with us which is why we have had to make the very difficult decision to let someone else enjoy his company. He does like having another cat to play with but would also like all of the human attention for himself if he would be the only cat in the house. He has not been neutered. He has been treated for fleas and worms as recommended by the vet, but he is a house cat so has led a very spoilt life away from possibilities of catching fleas, worms, etc. In the light you can see stripes and brown highlights, but away from his favourite place on our sunny landing his coat is a beautiful glossy black.
