Meet Delboy He is a 16.1 bay TB 17years young. He is my baby and has been utterly spoilt whilst with me. He has taught me so much. He is king of dressage and a complete school master. He was at hartpury college for a year with previous owner. He loves to jump but I haven't been doing a lot with him on that front. Have started to lunge him over up to 1m to get him back into it. We have weeekly lessons on our flat. He does hack, alone and in company but he is a TB and has his moments of greeness. He is currently living in at Day and out at night on a part livery yard so has a routine that he seems to thrive off. In the winter he is out in the day. He is shoed on all 4 feet and up to date with everything. No expense spared on him believe me! He comes with all rugs, grooming, bootsand bridle. I do have a 2 month old so basically brand new throrogood saddle fully fitted and bought for him that can be negotiated separately. This is a very sad sale of our 17.1 ex-racehorse. He hasn't been ridden for approximately 2 years so is being sold as a companion or project straight from the field. For sale Beautiful bay Gelding 8yo 16hh For sale as a project, he's a lovely boy with great manners. He hacks alone and in company and is good in all traffic. He's good on the flat and improves every time, just lacking top line which is also improving week by week. He's not sharp or spooky but is forward going, he would be ideal for someone looking for a winter project who has the time. I don't really want to sell but doing what I feel is best for him as I only have a grass paddock to work him in and when it's wet I can't ride or lunge on it as it's also winter grazing so don't want to churn it up, also no lights so after work it's a race against the light:(so I don't want to see him get wasted over winter! DAVE. 16hh 8yo Tb gelding. Dave has very expressive paces and is very willing to learn. He would excel doing dressage although would equally be happy just hacking/ schooling. He loves work and ideally likes to be working 4+ times a week. He’s nervous around coloured poles and can be nappy when hacking alone although it’s nothing extravagant.
