Outwell Bear Lake 6 Tent. This is an excellent tent made of canvas so is cool in the heat and warm when its cold. Comes with extension which I don't have a picture of. Comes with Foot print which has always been used to protect the tent groundsheet, carpet and overhang as pictured which can be attached or not. As you can see from the pictures of the bags it is quite a large tent to take away. But it is a a good size tent to stay in and very sturdy having proper poles not fiber glass ones. Side doors are mesh to allow circulation of air. Side windows can also be zipped out and are mesh ot allow extra circulation of air if required. Outwell Bear Lake 4 Polycotton tent with footprint, zipped in groundsheet and carpet

I am selling my beloved Outwell Bear Lake 4 man tent. It is worth checking them out on YouTube as it truly is the Rolls Royce of tents. The polycotton keeps you cooler in hot weather and warmer in cold weather with no condensation or flapping. The tent has great living space and lots of handy pockets and ties for lighting etc. It has versatile access arrangements with a door at the front and both sides. There is no damage to any of the poles, zips or guy ropes. One of the toggles in the bedroom is coming away but this has no detrimental effect on usage. The tent has always been packed away dry and there is no mould on the tent. It has never leaked and was last used in May this year. The only reason I'm selling is because I've bought an air tent, Outwell again and polycotton, as I don't think I would camp in anything else after my Bear Lake. Selling an Outwell Montana 6 with front extension, front awning and Carpet. I good condition only upgrading as we have purchased an awning for our Camper. Big tent great living space. We have done a couple of small repairs over the period owned. My son decided to bounce on the opening of the sleeping pod so the fasteners had to be reattached and we did a small repair to the skirt of the extension. None affect the efficiency of the tent. Hi Gear Rock 4 and Front canopy extension This is a nice three fiberglass pole tunnel tent, all the poles are the same so no matching pole to pole sleeve. It can be pitched by one person, the inner and the outer/ fly sheet are pitched as one, it took me about half an hour to pitch on my own. The separate front canopy has two steel poles, I am not sure of the length, It makes a nice addition to the tent, it is almost as long as the tent and it has two windows at the front. An adult can stand up straight in this tent and canopy, no need to bend. Tent: L 350 x W 260 x H 183 Bedroom: L 210 x W 240 x H 175 Two bedrooms, or unzip divider for one bedroom. Says will take four people, but two is more realistic. The bedroom doors have a mesh panel at the top with a zip up curtain. Front living area has one window with a mesh bit at the top and an external curtain Electric EHU entry is below this window. There is a side door and a front door, both can be put onto poles to make a canopy. There are two windows either side of the front door with internal curtains. The groundsheet is put up with toggles at the doorways or can be laid flat. Hydrostatic head was listed as but has had a coat of proofer added. The weight of the tent is 11.8kg and packed is 60x29.5x27 in a zipped bag. The front canopy is in a duffel type bag and I don't know the weight or measurements I am selling it because I need a bigger tent.
