Broodmare/Project Horse 16hh ISH Bay Mare

Ballygarrett Bonnie Rose aka Double D. 8 years old, bay mare. 16hh but looks much bigger. Currently in work and hacking out. I'm advertising her as a broodmare or project as she is a big strong mare who has a few issues. I bought her 'off the field' and have had no problem reintroducing her back to ridden work after 2 years off. She can be spooky to handle especially with hind feet with a farrier. She is fully shod but you need a patient farrier. She's good to hack and is fantastic in all traffic. She just does not like other horses (that she doesn't know, I've ridden her out lots in company) coming up too close behind her. I rode her on a recent hunt ride and she was perfect until strange horses came up behind her and she shot off away from them. She will jump but there does appear to be some sort of issue as one day she'll jump then other days she takes off at a fence and runs out. She needs time and patience if she were to be fully ridden again. She would be an ideal riding horse / show horse / dressage for someone who is knowledgable - she is fine in a group lesson or indoor/outdoor ménage with other horses going round. 20 year old Bay gelding in need of new home. He is one of the softest horses I've ever known but unfortunately I can no longer keep him. We have had him a few months but feel he would suit a quieter home where he is on minimal work. He's upto date with farrier, dentist wormers and is passported and microchipped. He has an injury to his left hock that we where told he did hunting 2 years ago but our vet says it's probably a year old. It does swell up from time to time but he's not lame. 16hh 13 year old Bay TB to stay at current yard

Sam is a handsome loving VERY quirky boy who needs bringing back into work. He is definately NOT a novice ride. Sam is quite opinionated but not in a bad way and is prone to a buck which can be worked through, he loves to jump but is not keen on schooling but then neither am I. TB Bay Mare Make Nice Riding Club Horse

Owned from birth, sad sale but I don't have the time to bring her on. Have tried for couple years in hopes that I will be able to do more with her. Not a nasty bone in her body and I have never felt unsafe on her. She can be a little stubborn but the more work she dose the more she improves. Honey has hacked out with company, and also on her own on short route. The worst she has ever done is not want to go forward, no spinning, rearing or bucking, and she will go just tests it! I do believe with constant work she will get over this, a luxury I don't have. Honey has been out of work since spring due to work increases, and honestly lost the love for riding after losing my boy of over 25 years. Having made the discussion to sell her I felt best to let new owners restart so they can bring her on their own way. She has had long periods of time off due to my job and is unfazed and easy to bring back in to work.
