This includes a wok burner that provides powerful heat ideal for stir frying or searing meat. It provides 3.3 kW of heat, so heat is right on hand when you need it. The flame failure devices on the hob help to make your kitchen a safer place to be. These devices cut of the gas supply if the flame is extinguished while you're cooking, so you can prevent gas from leaking in your kitchen. This cooker CAN BE CONVERTED TO LPG which allows you to adjust the gas jets so you can operate the hob from bottled gas.
