If you picked up the item from us then you are responsible for bringing it back in the event of an exchange-if it was delivered by us then we are responsible for picking the item up for exchange. General wear and tear is not covered under the warranty. We do not cover loss of food and will not accept any claims for loss-we advise that the contents are insured and regularly checked. Local deliveries-(deliveries done by ourselves) Please inform us beforehand of any access issues there might be, we will do our best to bring the item in to your home and room of choice but if the access is not suitable we will only be responsible for bringing to the nearest entry point. We are not liable for any damages caused to your property (E.G. Lino, ornaments) while we are bringing the item in to your home, though all care will be taken to ensure this doesn’t happen. The item will be securely wrapped and strapped to a pallet. The delivery company is not responsible for bringing the item in to your home-it will be brought on the pallet to the nearest entry point of your home.
